About Us

Healing Hearts Foundation INC. is a nonprofit organization located in Charlotte North Carolina serving Mecklenburg County. Healing Hearts Foundation assists Homeless individuals, and families with rent subside by physically finding affordable housing, and advocating for acceptance even if they may not meet the qualifications. Healing Hearts Foundation provides self-sufficiency programs to assist with removing previous, and future barriers to housing. The goal of this organization is to bring an end to homelessness by providing permanent affordable housing solutions to the future facilitated by the community for the community. We strive to help individuals, and families experiencing homelessness transition into home-ownership instead.
